Philly Word Art will refund or exchange an order (minus shipping) if…
- The request is initiated within 30 days of the order date
- The original order is received in original & brand new condition
*Return shipping fee of $5 (unframed) or $10 (framed) will be deducted from the return amount 

Exchanges: Philly Word Art will refund the initial order, and the customer is responsible for placing the 2nd order.
